Mental Health and Social Services Resources

As a mom of four kids, I am deeply concerned about the pandemic’s impact on our youth and adolescents. Over the past few years, our kids experienced higher rates of stress, anxiety, and fear. As a member of the Bipartisan Addiction and Mental Health Task Force, I’m continuously fighting to make sure NJ-11 communities and families have the resources they need to support those struggling with mental health and drug addiction.

Call 9-8-8 to reach the National Suicide Prevention Hotline. To reach the Veterans Crisis Line, call 9-8-8 and press 1. You can text the Veterans Crisis line at 838255 or chat on their website.

Below is a list of national, state, and local resources that can help provide assistance if you or a loved one is struggling.
