2021 T&I Member Project Requests - Disclosures

NJ-11 MEMBER PROJECT REQUESTS FOR

2021 SURFACE TRANSPORTATION REAUTHORIZATION

Overview

Representative Mikie Sherrill has submitted funding requests for the following projects in New Jersey’s 11th Congressional District for their consideration by the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure to be included in the 2021 Surface Transportation Reauthorization legislation. The Committee plans to advance it in Spring 2021 and will consider funding requests from Members.

By requesting funding for these projects, Rep. Sherrill is fighting to bring crucial money back to NJ-11 that would improve our roads, bridges, and public spaces.

Note: Transportation and Infrastructure’s Member project funding request process is distinct and separate from the House Appropriations Committee’s Community Project Funding request process. Projects funded through the surface transportation authorization will be funded from the Highway Trust Fund and do not require a separate appropriation.
